Survey and detailed design work, including design of different levels, Road No. 3, the starting point of the project starts from Highway No. 233 (Nong Khai - Udon) km. 4 + 985 at the end of the city planning road (under construction) to the west along the Song Organization 2 line until the railway boundary and to the northwest along the railway boundary, cutting through the concrete road, cutting through the asphalt road (Government Center - Na Kai Road), the end point of the project meets Highway No. 243 (Nong Khai - Thai-Lao Friendship Bridge) km. 1 + 990, the total distance is approximately 2,900 kilometers.
